DELIVERY AND PICK-UP POLICIES


 

1. Delivery and Pick-Up times: We schedule all delivery and pick-up appointments in one or two hour windows depending on your location.
 

2. Standard Delivery and Pick-Up charge: We charge a standard $25.00 basic delivery & pickup charge for any rental. This includes delivery to your location, set up of all equipment except car seats, and pickup of the equipment at the end of your visit.
 

3. Additional Delivery fees: Some deliveries will require an extended delivery charge.

  • Delivery outside a 25-mile radius from zip-code 19073
  • Delivery to a hotel or motel, or to a Center City address
  • Delivery to a 3rd floor or above with no elevator.
  • Delivery of more than 2 cribs.
     

4. Damaged, Destroyed or Missing Equipment : Any piece of equipment returned with damage (including missing pieces) or failure to return any piece of rented equipment in its entirety will entitle us to charge you the fair market replacement value of each effected item. Missing, damaged or incomplete User Manuals will result in a $15.00 replacement fee per manual. Please see our rental agreement for further details.
 

5. Cleaning Fee: Gear that is returned with excessive dirt, food, pet hair, and/or other debris on it will result in an $8.00 fee per affected item to cover the cost of cleaning. All cleaning fees are nonrefundable and assessed at our discretion.
 

6. Late Equipment Returns: In the event that your rental order is not completely ready for pick-up by the beginning of the scheduled pick-up time, we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee. If we are required to return at another time in order to pick-up your rental items, you will be charged a second delivery fee equal to your original fee.
 

7. Delivery Complications: In the even that you are not available to receive your items during your scheduled delivery time, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. In the event that we have to return an additional time to deliver your items, you will be charged a second delivery fee equal to your original fee.
