Modification of your order.


Please Note -- All communication concerning your order must be received via phone or e-mail. If we are out on deliveries and you get voicemail, be assured we check it regularly and please go ahead and leave any request for a change. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, and delivery date in your message. We do NOT accept any requests sent via fax or postal mail.

1. Additional items: Should you find that you need additional items, contact us immediately. We will do our best to provide what you need, however availability of items on short notice is not guaranteed.

 

2. Extensions: You must notify us of your desire to extend your rental period at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled pickup. Extensions are possible only if the reserved equipment is available for the desired amount of time. If we are unable to extend your rental period, we will need to pick up the equipment at the original pick-up time.

 

3. Cancellations: Any cancellation of an order or of individual items MUST be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled after that deadline will incur a charge equal to 50% of any cancelled items.
